Gardein, a brand of Conagra Brands, is getting ready to celebrate National Burger Day on May 28, with a delicious new burger unlike any the brand has ever offered. Gardein's new Ultimate Plant-Based Burger looks, cooks and smells like real meat for a satisfying burger experience with no sacrifices. The new burger adds to Gardein's reputation for delivering great-tasting meat alternatives. And Gardein is enlisting a pair of celebrity burger enthusiasts to kick-off the celebration.   

Plant-based brand Wholly Veggie continues its mission of creating a more sustainable food future by increasing consumer access to its line of ready-to-use, vegetable-based products, including its newest addition, Plant-Based Cauliflower Wings. The company recently announced an increased U.S presence through its expansion to 1,200 Target locations. The growth comes alongside Wholly Veggie’s new distribution through UNFI in Southern California and National Co+op Grocers (NCG). Available in three flavors, Wild Blueberry, Cinnamon Brown Sugar and Vanilla Buttermilk, the waffles deliver double-digit protein, single-digit sugar and 100% whole grains per serving. The new waffles will be available nationwide at Walmart, Amazon, Ahold, Food Lion, Giant Eagle, Hannaford, HEB, Market Basket, Shoprite and Woodmans, with additional stores coming later this year.
