The largest vertical farming company in the U.S. has acquired Traptic, a company utilizing computer vision, robotic arms and artificial intelligence (AI), to harvest fruiting, vine and other delicate crops.
 

TMRW is set to gain over 1,900 incremental distribution points, and will now be available in more than 1,000 stores in Canada.

 The acquisition will operate as part of FreshPoint, Sysco’s specialty produce business.

The updated design is now consistent with the packaging refresh rolled out in 2021 and improved navigation options will enable Fresh Express to connect with and provide additional value to its customers.
