The 155,000-square-foot production facility along Interstate 65 will be adjacent to a previously announced $175 million King’s Hawaiian bakery. 

The enhancements will improve operational efficiencies, increase yields and make the facility safer.

Echo Lake Foods produces, packages, markets and distributes ready-to-eat egg products and breakfast foods. 

Originally established in 2010, in Richmond, BC, Canada, FPS now stands at 20 locations around the world covering six continents with manufacturing capabilities in Canada, U.S., Europe and China.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning finance, human resources, and IT, Lunan brings a proven track record across industries such as energy, construction, and manufacturing. 

The new facility is 29,000 square feet, with 24,000 square feet designated for production use.

Van de Kamp's and Mrs. Paul's are leading brands in the U.S. frozen breaded and battered seafood category.

The new plant will process up to 8 million pounds of milk per day from more than 100 regional farms.
