AUTOMATIC CUP DENESTING, LID PLACING CONVEYOR
Hinds-Bock denesters automatically place containers on the filling line conveyor at speeds up to 60 per minute using a rotary multi-magazine denester loader. For added versatility, quick-change magazines are used for rapid changeover from one container to another. And, low-level sensors notify operators of the need to reload the denester. Additional options include continuous or intermittent motion conveyors, dual-drive section conveyors for fill and lidding stations, no container/no fill/no lid system controls, recipe controls for multiple container setup, a depositor docking station, single stack or high-speed rotary cup/tub denesting, tool-free cup/tub magazine tooling, low-stack alarm, high-speed spinning rod lid denesting, multi-diameter lid tooling and top positive drive belt assembly for clutch lock lids.

SUPER SANITARY TOOL-LESS BELT
Multi-Conveyor introduced a single stainless steel-constructed, pneumatic-controlled, sanitary quick release, tool-less belt conveyor for transporting temperature-controlled raw meat product at more than 50,000 pounds per hour. This conveyor boasts a retractable idle and drive end with a center take-up along with a metal detector to reject product at the infeed. The retractable drive end operates in two positions to dispense into either of two hoppers positioned at the discharge. A checkweigher triggers the divert to move from one side or the other, while a manually adjustable belt scraper with catch pan scrapes off excess product.
