The Kraft Heinz Co., Pittsburgh, Pa., partnered with Deadpool 2 to introduce a line of sandwiches under the DEVOUR brand.
The campaign includes custom-designed DEVOUR packaging featuring Deadpool, and showcasing the premium cuts of tender meats mixed with soon-to-be melted gooey cheeses loaded atop toasted, golden-brown bread.
The new line comes in Philly Cheesesteak, Buffalo Chicken, Sweet and Smoky Pork and Turkey Bacon and Ranch.
“We created our DEVOUR sandwiches to satisfy real cravings,” says Katy Marshall, marketing and sales lead for Springboard. “We believe you shouldn’t have to compromise taste for convenience, so we designed our new sandwiches to taste like food you would find at a restaurant. You would never believe that our new sandwiches come from a microwave. Taste for yourself.”
DEVOUR sandwiches go from the freezer to mouth in under three minutes, all on a unique microwaveable tray that doubles as a sandwich holder. DEVOUR sandwiches are available at retailers nationwide for a suggested retail price of $3.50.
