Keystone Natural Holdings (KNH), a Philadelphia, Pa.-based portfolio company of Keystone Capital, Inc., acquired the WestSoy tofu, seitan and tempeh businesses from The Hain Celestial Group, Inc., New Hyde Park, N.Y. The acquisition does not include the WestSoy plant-based beverage business, which has been retained by Hain Celestial. 

All employees at the Boulder, Colo., WestSoy facility will continue to drive growth and product innovation.
