The Kroger Co., Cincinnati, purchased the equity of Murray's Cheese, as well as its flagship location on Bleecker Street in New York City, to form a merger of the two companies.
Tetra Pak, Vernon Hills, Ill., released a new version of the Tetra Pak Standardization unit, helping dairy manufacturers produce products with optimal fat content.
Upon completion, the plant is projected to process 3.6 million liters of milk a day.

Included in the sale are Mondelēz International owned brands — VEGEMITE, ZoOsh, Bonox — and other products that use the Kraft brand under license, such as processed cheese slices, parmesan cheese and more.
