Ever So Saucy Foods by Chef Frank, a new line of hand-made, all-natural and tradition-inspired fine prepared foods, debuted on QVC by chef Frank Tramontano. Ever So Saucy QVC

The nationwide launch includes hors d'oeuvre such as Filet Mignon Wellington Bites, Crab Tarts and Gorgonzola & Apple Palmier Crisps and large-format main dishes serving up to six, including Maine Lobster Lasagna, Wild Mushroom Truffled Mac n' Cheese and Rigatoni Bolognese. All are prepared in Tramontano’s Yaphank, N.Y., state-of-the-art, FDA-approved kitchen facility, where they are hand-packed and fresh frozen by a proprietary blast freeze process at -25°F to preserve that just-out-of-the-oven taste.

"After a 30-year career as an executive chef restaurateur, I have devoted the last five to realizing my long-held dream of creating my own line of products that deliver restaurant-quality food to the home kitchen," says Tramontano.
