Suji’s Korean Cuisine, Omaha, Neb., introduced a line of true-to-the-culture prepared meals, entrées and sauces that entail complete-meal beef and chicken rice bowls, kalbi (Korean-style short ribs) and chicken entrées in savory and spicy sauces.
“These dishes are a wonderful addition to our beef and pork entrées that are already available to consumers at select retailers in locations such as Texas and California,” says Suji Park, founder. “Like all of our products, these are made from all-natural ingredients, using non-GMO soy sauces and are free of MSG. They are also gluten-free, which we know is a huge plus for many consumers.”
