Based on guidelines found in Validating the Reduction of Salmonella and Other Pathogens in Heat Processed Low-Moisture Foods, a document released last year by the Alliance for Innovation & Operational Excellence, this webinar will focus on plant programs to control Salmonella, especially on validation of processes and reporting of finding - each key elements of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).
