Arla Foods’ Castello cheese brand now includes an extra mature cheddar variety, crafted using traditional methods in Southwest England and the use of a Cheshire culture for a uniquely tangy, sweet and rich taste.

Aged for at least 12 months, this creamy-yet-crumbly cheese has a sharp flavor with balanced sweet and salty notes. Plus, it uses milk collected from more than 700 nearby dairy farms.

Castello extra mature cheddar is available for a suggested retail price of $5.99 for the chunk package, and $5.99 for a package of slices.
