ComplianceMate, Lawrenceville, Ga., partnered with Laird Technologies, Chesterfield, Mo., to develop new temperature and humidity sensors for foodservice applications.

These sensors stymie Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices in foodservice kitchens, such as transmitting through stainless steel, insulated cold holding units and concrete structures.
