Bonduelle Fresh Americas, Irwindale, Calif., developed Ready Pac Foods Limited Edition Bistro Smoked Turkey & Pomegranate Vinaigrette Bistro salad, which features smoked turkey breast, creamy feta cheese and tangy dried cranberries on a bed of fresh arugula and baby greens, dressed with a pomegranate-orange vinaigrette and topped with a crispy cornbread crumble.
Best of all, this salad is under 250 calories and delivers 9 grams of protein.
