For 105 years, The National Industrial Transportation League — the “League” — has been forcefully and effectively representing the concerns of shippers in our nation’s Capital.
A full agenda awaits all League Members on November 11th from 2:00-6:00 p.m. With Southern California as our backdrop, plan now to enjoy a great afternoon of spirited conversation (with some great refreshments, too) as we chart our course for the coming year. We’ll kick off with the League’s 105th Annual Meeting, a report from League President Bruce Carlton and the election of a new Board of Directors and Officers. Then team up with your fellow Members to set the course of the League’s focus for the year ahead. Today’s most important — and vexing — freight transportation issues will be debated in our modal transportation committees — Railroad, Highway, Ocean and Air —meeting in plenary session. For 105 years League Members have shaped our public profile and written our policy agenda. The result has been America’s largest, most respected and most effective association of shippers which proudly remains “The Shippers’ Voice Since 1907.”
