Yoplait Delights come in four-packs with each variety containing just 100 calories per 113-gram container. Yoplait notes that each offering meets "National Yogurt Association Criteria for Live and Active Culture Yogurt."

Varieties include Chocolate Raspberry, Crème Caramel, Triple Berry Crème and Lemon Torte.
