In late May, National Restaurant Association show attendees were treated to a new product at Windsor Foods’ booth at Chicago’s McCormick Place. The Houston-based company sampled two new additions to its Bernardi Grand-i-Oli line of super jumbo ravioli. The new varieties are Breaded 5-Cheese and Shrimp Scampi - bringing the total line to six offerings. Windsor says each is made with fresh ingredients, authentic spices and savory cheeses. Grand-i-Oli ravioli weigh three and a half ounces each.
