Factory Acceptance Tests: New Industry Protocols create opportunities for CPGs and OEMs

Properly executed Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) will create a better opportunity for the CPGs to achieve “Vertical Start Ups”. For the OEMs, the FAT can demonstrate their competence and other capabilities. PMMI’s Alliance for Innovation & Operational Excellence is developing protocols in the Capital Projects Solutions Group.
